FE Consort Int'l (00035) gets Kai Tak land at HK$2.45bn

[ET Net News Agency, 13 August 2019] Far East Consortium International Limited (00035)
said an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company received a letter from the Lands
Department confirming that its tender for the land at the land premium of HK$2.45 billion
has been accepted.
The land is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6607, located at Shing Kai Road adjoining Kai Tak
Sports Park, Kai Tak, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It has a site area of approximately 11,276 sq.m.
