Greentown China (03900) to issue US$600m senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 5 November 2019] Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) said the
company will issue the senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$600 million,
which will mature on 10 November 2020.
The offering price of the notes will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes. The
notes will bear interest from and including 12 November 2019 at a rate of 4.55% per year,
payable in arrears on 12 May 2020 and 10 November 2020.
The company intends to use the net proceeds of the notes issue to refinance existing
indebtedness and for general working capital purposes. (RC)
