[ET Net News Agency, 27 December 2019] China South City Holdings Limited (01668) said
its subsidiary China South International Industrial Materials City (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
(China South International) signed a cooperation agreement with Wanda Commercial
Management Group Co., Ltd. to develop a new generation of Wanda Plaza at China South City
Shenzhen (the program).
The program has an operation term of twenty years with a total GFA of approximately
305,000 square metres, and will overturn the existing concept of business centre. While
retail business accounts for only one-third in proportion, the program mainly covers
tourism and creative sports, such as trending sports hall, go-kart club, snow park, pets
paradise, etc. It is also planned to build a "24-hour" night economic street business
centre and smart business centre. The program will be commenced in 2020. (RC)
