[ET Net News Agency, 23 February 2021] CST Group Limited (00985) said its subsidiary
Skytop Technology Limited has disposed of an aggregate of 5.74 million China Shenhua
shares on the open market at an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$90.6 million
(exclusive of transaction costs). The average price was approximately HK$15.787 per China
Shenhua share.
The principal activities of China Shenhua Group are (i) the production and sale of coal;
and (ii) the generation and sale of coal-based power to provincial/regional electric grid
companies in the PRC. (RC)
