[ET Net News Agency, 9 August 2021] China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. (01866) said Henan
Xinlianxin Chemicals Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the
construction of a photovoltaic power project in Xinxiang production base, Xinxiang City,
Henan Province. The overall plan of the project is that it will be constructed in two
phases and with a total installed capacity of power generation would be 34MWp and with a
total investment of approximately RMB130 million.
The group expects to complete the construction of the first phase of the 9MWp
photovoltaic power generation project by the end of October 2021, achieving an average
annual power generation of approximately 9.98 million kWh with its investment amounting to
approximately RMB33.75 million. At the end of December 2022, the construction of the
second phase of the 25MWp photovoltaic power generation project will be completed,
achieving an average annual power generation of approximately 27.71 million kWh with its
investment amounting to approximately RMB101 million. (RC)
