Ganzhou Hemay Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of self-discovered and self-developed small-molecule drugs for autoimmune diseases and oncology.

The Group has one Core Product, Mufemilast, and five small molecule drug candidates. In September 2025, Mufemilast received NDA approval in China for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (Ps). It commenced commercial sales in July 2026

The Group has entered into research collaborations with both the Zhuang Entities and Nankai University (an Independent Third Party). Throughout this cooperation, the Group retained sole, independent and effective control over all aspects of the research and development of Mufemilast.

The Group has obtained patents and filed patent applications in China, the United States and other countries, relating to its approved product and certain drug candidates, and is pursuing additional patent protection for them and for its other drug candidates and technologies.
