[ET Net News Agency, 16 May 2017] S E A Holdings (00251) said it agreed to acquire the
entire issued share capital of 33 Old Broad Street Investment Company Limited at GBP258
million (equivalent to about HK$2,592 million).
The target group owns the property which is a nine-storey building situated in 33-41 Old
Broad Street and 1 to 6 Union Court London, EC4N 1DY, it provides about 191,000 square
feet of commercial office. The Group expects the property to generate a current rental
income of GBP10.3 million (equivalent to about HK$103.5 million) per annum.
S E A Holdings also said Lambert Lu (currently an executive Director) has been appointed
as the chief executive with effect from yesterday. Lambert Lu is the son of Lu Wing Chi,
the Chairman and executive Director, and the younger brother of Lincoln Lu, a
non-executive Director. (HL)
