[ET Net News Agency, 3 February 2021] DBS Group Research lifted its target price for
K.Wah International (00173) to HK$4.69 from HK$4.33 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said the stock is attractively valued, trading 74% below DBS's
assessed current NAV. The planned project launches, if greeted with favourable response,
should provide an upside on the stock.
DBS said, Edge, a newly built office development in Shanghai, should offer maiden rental
contributions in FY2021. The company recently won the bid for a sizeable site for
mixed-use development in Nanjing for Rmb4.79bn.
In China, Azure and the Weifang Village projects in Shanghai, Avanti in Suzhou and two
other developments in Nanjing are available for sale in 2021. Besides, K.Wah plans to
launch Grand Victoria and Grampian Road luxury house development in Hong Kong this year.
The Kam Sheung Road and Lohas Park Package 11 projects could go on sale in late 2021. (KL)
