Glory Sun Land (00299) to issue shares for HK$273m

[ET Net News Agency, 19 March 2021] Glory Sun Land Group Limited (00299) said it has
agreed to issue up to 910.02 million new shares at the placing price of HK$0.3 per placing
share.
910.02 million shares represent approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the
company as enlarged. The placing price represents a premium of approximately 5.26% to the
closing price of HK$0.285 per share on 18 March 2021.
The gross proceeds and the net proceeds will amount to approximately HK$273 million and
approximately HK$272.46 million, respectively. The company intends to apply the net
proceeds for financing the general working capital of the group. (RC)
