Redsun PPT (01996) to issue US$210 million senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 18 May 2021] Redsun Properties Group Limited (01996) said the
company will issue the senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$210 million,
which will mature on 21 May 2024.
The notes will bear interest from and including 21 May 2021 at a rate of 7.30% per
annum, payable semi-annually and in arrears on 21 May and 21 November from 2021 to 2024,
commencing on 21 November 2021.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing its existing medium to long
term offshore indebtedness which will become due within one year. (RC)
