[ET Net News Agency, 21 August 2019] Nomura lowered its target price for Kingsoft
Corporation (03888) to HK$13.8 from HK$16.2 and maintained its "reduce" rating.
The research house said Kingsoft's soft performance in 2Q is likely to continue into 2H
on JX Mobile III's disappointing performance. The title generated CNY150mn gross billing
in the first month, versus Nomura estimate of CNY200mn. The gross billing for the rest of
the year is likely to trend lower as the grossing ranking of JX Mobile III is on a
downward trajectory.
Nomura trimmed its FY2019 non-GAAP EPS to -CNY0.03 on lower revenue and margin
assumption to factor in the soft gaming outlook. (KL)
