ASM Pacific (00522) CEO Lee Wai Kwong to retire

[ET Net News Agency, 26 September 2019] ASM Pacific Technology Limited (00522) said Lee
Wai Kwong has decided to retire as the chief executive officer of the company, to be
effective at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company that is
expected to be held in May 2020.
Following his retirement, Robin Gerard Ng Cher Tat, the current chief financial officer
and executive director of the company, shall succeed him as the company's chief executive
