[ET Net News Agency, 28 June 2018] Minth Group (00425) said it agreed to dispose the
entire registered capital of Jiaxing Yuhui Properties Co., Ltd. for about Rmb46.68 million
to chairman Chin Jong Hwa.
Jiaxing Yuhui is a company incorporated in the PRC with limited liability and is
principally engaged in real estate development and management. In June 2016, Jiaxing Yuhui
acquired a land located at Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City for commercial property
development and marketing purpose with the license of right to use the land granted by the
government. The size of the project land is about 20,018 square metres.
The Group is expected to recognise a net gain before tax of about Rmb5.69 million from
the disposal. The net proceeds will be applied as general working capital of Minth Group.
