Conch Venture (00586) 1H net up 75.2% to Rmb1.44bn; no div

[ET Net News Agency, 25 August 2017] China Conch Venture (00586) said its net profit
attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2017 rose 75.2%
year-on-year to Rmb1,441 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb80 cents.
Revenue amounted to Rmb1,041 million, an increase of 14.5% from a year earlier.
Net profit of principal activities attributable to equity shareholders (excluding share
of profit of an associate) amounted to Rmb244 million, up 4.3% year-on-year.
The consolidated gross profit margin of the Group's products was 37.34%, representing a
decrease of 5.2 percentage points as compared with the corresponding period of the
previous year.
No interim dividend will be distributed. (HL)
