Shimao Property June contracted sales up 83% to Rmb20.74bn

[ET Net News Agency, 4 July 2018] Shimao Property (00813) said the Group's contracted
sales amounted to about Rmb20.74 billion in June, an increase of 83.4% from a year
earlier, and the Group's contracted sold area amounted to about 1.27 million square
metres. The average selling price for June was Rmb16,271 per square metre.
For the first six months of 2018, the Group's aggregated contracted sales amounted to
about Rmb72.32 billion and the Group's aggregated contracted sold area amounted to about
4.51 million square metres, recording year-on-year increase of 60% and 66%. The average
selling price for the six months ended 30 June 2018 was Rmb16,039 per square metre. (HL)
