BoCom (03328) plans to set up asset management subsidiary

[ET Net News Agency, 31 May 2018] Bank of Communications (BoCom) (03328) said it
proposes to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bocom Asset Management Co., Ltd., in
Shanghai with a total capital contribution of no more than Rmb8 billion.
The business scope of Bocom Asset Management is proposed to be "financial services of
accepting commissions of investors to invest and manage the entrusted properties of
investors", which is subject to the approval by the regulatory authorities. (HL)
