Alltronics (00833) says chairman approached for stake sale

[ET Net News Agency, 11 December 2013] Alltronics (00833) said it has been informed by
chairman and controlling shareholder Lam Yin Kee that he has been approached by and is in
a preliminary discussion with an independent third party in relation to a possible
acquisition of his interests in Alltronics shares, which may or may not lead to an offer
under the Takeovers Code.
However, Lam has neither received any formal offer nor entered into any formal agreement
or commitment in respect of his interests in the shareholding in Alltronics.
Lam currently holds about 69% equity interest of Alltronics. (HL)
