{I-bank focus}Goldman lifts MTR Corporation (00066) to HK$52

[ET Net News Agency, 12 March 2021] Goldman Sachs lifted its target price for MTR
Corporation (00066) to HK$52 from HK$48 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said MTRC reported FY2020 headline net loss of HK$4.8bn, which should
present no major surprises since the company had already issued a profit warning. Despite
the difficult operating environment, the group maintained its final DPS at HK$0.98 in 2H
as previously guided.
Factoring in the year-to-date patronage run-rate and its updated property schedule,
Goldman revised its FY2021-22 EPS forecasts for MTRC by -18% to 0%. (KL)
