HKEX (00388) to introduce 37 futures and options contracts

[ET Net News Agency, 27 May 2020] Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (00388) said
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HKEX, today signed
an agreement with MSCI Limited (MSCI), under which MSCI has agreed to license to HKFE a
suite of MSCI equity indexes in Asia and Emerging Markets for the introduction initially
of 37 futures and options contracts based on such indexes on HKFE.
These Asia and Emerging Markets indexes include, among others, the MSCI Emerging Markets
Asia, MSCI China Free, MSCI Japan, MSCI Taiwan, MSCI Singapore and MSCI India. (RC)
