CKH Holdings, Ant Financial to form mobile payment JV

[ET Net News Agency, 27 September 2017] CK Hutchison Holdings (00001) said it entered
into a strategic partnership with Ant Financial Services Group, a leading global
technology and financial services company and parent company of Alipay.
The two companies will form a joint venture to offer a consumer-oriented digital wallet
under the 'AlipayHK' brand, which will further integrate online and offline payments to
bring a truly universal experience for consumers.
The joint venture is expected to be completed by the end of 2017, subject to regulatory
