Air China (00753) to buy 20 aircraft

[ET Net News Agency, 12 July 2019] Air China Limited (00753) said it has agreed to buy
aircraft from Airbus Company.
The aircraft are 20 Airbus model A350-900 aircraft. The company may at its option change
the last 5 A350-900 aircraft into A350-1000 aircraft model.
The basic price of the 20 Airbus model A350-900 aircraft to be acquired by the company
in aggregate is approximately US$6.537 billion. As Airbus Company has granted to the
company significant price concessions, the actual consideration is lower than the aircraft
basic price.
The company is expecting to take delivery of the aircraft in stages from 2020 to 2022.
