A young ping pong player encounters a washed-up talent scout, a current Hong Kong team member, and a quietly diligent senior. In pursuit of their dreams, everyone delivers a fierce smash between sports, academics, and life, only to find that their strength is not enough... The ball moves back and forth on the table at high speed, and every pop and crash is like a shout toward the future. Can we control the direction of the next ball by precisely executing spins and mastering various techniques?

Thank you to everyone for your support. After its world premiere in 2023, Ping Pong Boys received an invitation from the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to hold a staged reading, which garnered a lot of positive feedback. After another year of refinement, the creative team has decided to hold the official performance this year, inviting the audience to witness the birth of the strongest smash.
