This May, Mondrian Hong Kong invites everyone to visit The Corner Shop, a street art space opposite the hotel that will be transformed into a stage for performances by the city’s musical talent. Starting from May 10, for four consecutive Saturdays (May 10, 17, 24 and 31) from 6pm to 10pm, The Corner Shop will transform the streets of Hart Road into a street music festival, bringing free performances by new stars of Hong Kong's independent music scene to the public. Mondrian Hong Kong is committed to art, music and culture. By providing a platform for musicians to share their works, it strengthens its position as a cultural hub, promotes creative development and community participation.

From folk to hip-hop, jazz to lyrical music, these eight carefully selected music units each have their own unique voice and story, bringing a musical atmosphere that is both diverse and attractive. During these four weekends, two music groups will take the stage every night, each presenting a two-hour show, connecting with the audience through music and resonating with the rhythm. Audiences can not only enjoy the music with their ears, but also communicate with the musicians, ask questions and explore the stories behind the melodies.

The Corner Shop street music festival will begin on May 10, where attendees can meet the performers and enjoy a relaxing evening of music and conversation.

May 10 (Saturday)
6PM - 杨智逸 @siuyueneric A singer-songwriter who combines folk and pop music, his soft musical style adds resonance to the city night.
8PM- Candy Ng @sailorcandyng – a member of girl group Sex on the Beat, who made it to the top 30 of the talent show “Produce a Star 3”.

May 17 (Saturday)
6PM - Gary and Exppa @garylkc – A regular on Hong Kong’s street music scene, with over two years of street performance experience, his performances carry a straightforward and authentic feel.
8PM - VinkyBB @vinkybb– is good at reinterpreting familiar songs in a very personal way.

May 24 (Saturday)
6PM - Eric@eclivemusic – A thoughtful musician who performs in different places in Hong Kong, allowing passers-by to stop, reflect and feel his music.
8PM - Sky 溫承璋 @skysc86 – An emerging singer-songwriter who captivates audiences with his clear and energetic live performances.

May 31 (Saturday)
6PM - JHei @j_hei_ – A singer-songwriter and producer deeply influenced by Cantonese ballads and R&B, his works transcend genre boundaries and are full of emotional depth.
8PM – Alvin and Homan - Young Cantonese singers who love to share songs from different eras with the audience.
