It's carnival time again soon after school starts~ This time! We will explore together the damage and impact of microplastics on the environment!

What are microplastics? How do microplastics come about? To answer everyone's questions, 'Green in Yuen Long' will hold an activity themed on microplastics on 20 September 【Remaking the 'Micro' Carnival】to explain the dreaded 'microplastics' to everyone, understand their sources, and let everyone know how microplastics invade our daily lives. There will also be a series of workshops and games at this event for everyone to enjoy together!

Event Details:

⭐Lectures and Workshops: DIY Fabric Headband, Tea Tree Itch Relief Balm

⭐Games: Microplastics Bottle Ring Toss

⭐Production Booths: Mugwort Mosquito Repellent Packets, Sand Scrub Soap

⭐Other Activity Booths: Second-hand Sharing Joy* Second-hand clothes, books, etc. will be distributed. While stocks last.

Notes:

1. Participants must sit according to the arrangement by the staff.

2. Parents are requested to accompany their children to the event to ensure their safety.

Registration Details:

1. Participants should complete the registration form. If the number of registrants exceeds the quota, a 'lottery' will be conducted.

2. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation notification at least 3 days before the event via Whatsapp or phone call.

3. If registrants do not receive a confirmation by 2 days before the event, it means their application was unsuccessful.

4. Please be punctual for the event. Those arriving more than 5 minutes late will have their place given away.

5. If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us at least 1 day in advance via Whatsapp or phone call. (Whatsapp: 6997 2665 / Tel: 2617 0117)

6. If you are absent without notice or are late twice, your chance to participate in future events in the next 3 months will be affected.

7. If there are dropouts from the main list, participants will be contacted in the order of the waiting list. If there are no dropouts, no notification will be given.

8. 'Green in Yuen Long' reserves the right to amend event details without prior notice. In case of any disputes, 'Green in Yuen Long' will retain the right of final decision.
