Poly Property (00119) said it recorded contracted sales of Rmb6.2 billion for the first quarter ended 31 March 2014, a decrease of 7.5% from a year earlier, with the contracted area sold totaling about 621,000 square metres.
The accumulative gross floor area of newly commenced construction was around 780,000 square metres.
