AEON Credit Service (Asia) (00900) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 20 February 2014 dropped 24.8% year-on-year to HK$222 million.
Its basic earnings per share were HK53 cents.
The revenue was HK$1.16 billion, an increase of 3.9% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK18 cents (2012: HK18 cents) per share, payable on 3 July 2014.
