Genvon Group (02389) said it was being approached by independent third party regarding possible equity fund raising activities and its controlling shareholder Wang Zheng Chun was being approached by independent third party regarding the possibility of acquisition of certain shares held by Wang and/or his associates on the basis that there would not be any change in control.
The relevant discussions regarding the possible transactions are still at a preliminary stage whereas no concrete terms or agreements have been reached yet and it may or may not lead to definitive agreement(s).
