AviChina Industry & Technology (02357) said its non-wholly-owned subsidiary China Aviation Optical-Electrical Technology (JONHON Optronic) has agreed to acquire additional 10% equity interest in Xi'an Forstar S&T Co., Ltd. at Rmb26.752 million.
Upon completion, JONHON Optronic's interest in Xi'an Forstar will be increased to 58.182% from 48.182%.
Xi'an Forstar is principally engaged in the research, manufacture and sales of electrical connectors, photoelectric devices and other instruments.
