Sino-Ocean Land (03377) said it agreed to issue 4.625% guaranteed notes due 2019 in the principal amount of US$500 million and 6% guaranteed notes due 2024 in the principal amount of US$700 million.
The offering price of the 2019 notes will be 99.471% of the principal amount. The offering price of the 2024 notes will be 98.892% of the principal amount.
The estimated net proceeds of about US$1,181 million will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
