Vigers Research said a 1,800 square feet street shop (with mezzanine floor) at Kweilin Street in Sham Shui Po has been transacted for HK$35 million or HK$19,444 per square foot.
The investor, also known as a confirmor (who buys a property and resells it before the completion of the formal sale and purchase agreement), made a profit of HK$9 million, or 35%, after holding the property for two weeks.
