Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016) launched its residential project "The Wings IIIA" in Tseung Kwan O during the weekend and all 192 units in the first batch were sold out. The selling price of those units (saleable area: 355 square feet - 964 square feet) ranged from HK$4.92 million to HK$13.46 million (or HK$13,900 to HK$14,000 per square foot).
