Vigers Research said a 1,068 square feet unit at "The Harbourside" in Kowloon Station was sold for HK$26.5 million, or HK$24,800 per square foot.
Separately, a 788 square feet high-floor unit at "Valverde" in Mid-levels has been transacted for HK$23.28 million or HK$29,500 per square foot.
