Tai Cheung (00088) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 September 2014 dropped 60.35% year-on-year to HK$350.9 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK56.8 cents.
The revenue was HK$189.7 million, an increase of 199% from a year earlier.
The decline in profit is mainly attributable to the decrease in the valuation gain on the Group's investment property for the reporting period as compared to that for the same period in 2013.
The proposed interim dividend is HK11 cents (2013: HK11 cents) per share, payable on 8 January 2015.
