Bosideng (03998) said its profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended 30 September 2014 dropped 22.5% year-on-year to Rmb253 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb3.18 cents.
The revenue was Rmb2,849.5 million, an increase of 1.4% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin decreased by 2 percentage points to 47.4%.
The proposed interim dividend is HK1.2 cents per share, payable on or around 12 February 2015.
