Vigers Research said there were 50 registration cases (primary and secondary) that were filed for Villa market segment in November, representing an increase of 6.4% month-on-month.
The total transaction value amounted to HK$1.21 billion, or an increase of 11.1 % month-on-month. Due to low supply in primary villa market, buyers have shifted their focus to secondary villa market, triggering robust turnover with great appreciation potential.
