Future Land Development (01030) said it won the bids for the land use rights in respect of land parcels located at the south side of Zhenxing Road and the east side of Yuanming Road, Zhendong New District, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province at Rmb485 million.
According to listing-for-sales processes and relevant documents, upon completion of the grant of the site, Future Land shall establish and own a commercial area of not less than 71,000 square metres.
The site has a total site area of about 121,855.72 square metres with a total planned GFA of not more than 341,196.02 square metres. The term of the land use rights shall be 70 years for residential use and 40 years for commercial use.
