Shimao Property (00813) said its contracted sales value amounted to Rmb8.23 billion in June with contracted sold area of 685,844 square metres, an increase of 1.98% and 7.3% from a year earlier. The average selling price was Rmb12,003 per square metre.
For the first six months of 2015, the accumulated contracted sales value and contracted sold area amounted to Rmb31.55 billion and 2.63 million square metres, recording year-on-year decrease of 2% and increase of 0.3%. The average selling price was Rmb12,011 per square metre.
