Beijing Capital Land (02868) said it achieved total contracted sales area of 284,000 square metres in June while the corresponding contracted sales amounted to Rmb2.67 billion, an increase of 38.8% and 62% over the same period last year.
As at the end of June 2015, the cumulative contracted sales area amounted to around 1.199 million square metres with contracted sales of about Rmb12.12 billion, an increase of 64.1% and 78.9% over the same period last year. Meanwhile, as at the end of June 2015, the cumulative subscription sales awaiting signing of official sales contracts amounted to Rmb1.37 billion.
