Nanjing Sinolife United (03332) said it entered into a memorandum of understanding in relation to the proposed acquisition of the entire equity interest in Shanghai Hejian Nutritional Foods Company Limited.
The target is mainly engaged in the sale of dietary supplements through online platform; and its products are sold through its online platform to the customers. The sales models of the target are in line with and complementary to the Sinolife United Group's business expansion strategy. It is expected that the proposed acquisition can diversify the Group's business portfolio and distribution channels to capture a wider range of customers which will result in the broadening of the Group's income stream.
