Greenland Hong Kong (00337) said the contracted sales of the group for January amounted to about Rmb990 million and the contracted gross floor area sold amounted to about 91,501 square metres, a decrease of about 1.7% and 13.3% from a year earlier.
The corresponding average selling price amounted to about Rmb10,820 per square metre.
