Sunshine 100 China (02608) said its subsidiary Wenzhou Shihe Shengtaicheng Development Co. Ltd. has successfully bid for the land use rights of two pieces of land located at He Ao Village/Zhong Shan Village, Yangyi Street, Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, the PRC at Rmb233.41 million.
The site area of the two sites is about 46,869.47 square metres and 11,155.45 square metres, with gross floor area of not more than 112,485 square metres and 22,310 square metres. The first site is designated for residential use and whole-sale and retail, lodging and food & beverage uses while the second site is designated for whole-sale and retail, lodging and food & beverage uses.
The land lots are situated adjacent to the three pieces of land lots previously acquired by Wenzhou Shengtaicheng and will be combined to form a bigger site for the development of the property development project located in Linli, Lucheng District of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and to provide more commercial facilities for the project.
