Henderson Land Development (00012) said it entered into a provisional sale and purchase agreement with an independent third party for the disposal of the building known as Golden Centre situated at No.188 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong for HK$4,368 million.
The property has a gross floor area of about 156,000 square feet.
Upon completion, an estimated gain on disposal of about HK$1,996 million, attributable to the Group's reported profit for the year ending 31 December 2016, would be recognized.
