HC International, Inc. (02280) said it has agreed to subscribe for shares of Smart-Core Holdings Limited up to an aggregate value of US$4 million (equivalent to about HK$31 million) as a cornerstone investor.
Smart-Core Holdings is a leading distributor of integrated circuit and other electronic components based in the PRC.
HC International anticipates that, upon completion of the global offering of Smart-Core Holdings, shares of Smart-Core Holdings to be subscribed under the cornerstone investment shall represent less than about 3.51% of all shares of Smart-Core Holdings immediately after the listing.
