Time Watch Investments (02033) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2016 dropped 12% year-on-year to HK$296 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK14.2 cents.
The revenue was HK$2,606.57 million, a decrease of 1.7% from a year earlier.
Gross profit fell 1.3% to HK$1,784 million. Gross profit margin improved from about 68.1% to 68.5%.
The proposed final dividend is HK3 cents (2015: HK3 cents) per share, payable on or about 2 December.
