Kwan On Holdings (01559) said it agreed to acquire a property located at Unit 1 on 34th Floor, 118 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong atHK$30 million.
Completion shall take place on or before 15 March 2017.
The Group intends to use the property as head office upon completion of the acquisition. Kwan On considers that the acquisition would enable the Group to achieve a considerable rental savings and would strength the asset base of the Group.
