China Vanke (02202) said it achieved a sales area of 2.588 million square metres with a sales amount of Rmb29.47 billion in November, a decrease of 39.8% month-on-month and an increase of 22.2% year-on-year.
For the first 11 months of 2016, the developer achieved an accumulated sales area of 25.987 million square metres and a sales amount of Rmb341.36 billion, an increase of 49.6% over the same period last year.
China Vanke also clarified that Shenzhen Jushenghua Co., Limited, China Resources Co., Limited, China Securities Finance Corporation Limited, AnBang Insurance Group Co., Ltd., Guosen Securities Co., Limited, and China Merchants Wealth Asset Management Co., Limited had not participated in the block trades in Vanke's A shares on 29 November 2016 to reduce their holding of A shares.
