Yuexiu Property (00123) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended 31 December 2016 rose 52.1% year-on-year to Rmb1,540 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb12.42 cents.
The revenue was Rmb20,871 million, a decrease of 5.6% from a year earlier. Contracted sales value rose 21.7% year-on-year to Rmb30,252 million.
Core net profit amounted to Rmb1.72 billion, up 38.6% year-on-year.
Gross profit dropped 6.9% year-on-year to Rmb4,339.6 million, and the gross profit margin reached 20.8%, a decrease of 0.3 percentage points.
The proposed final dividend is HK3.2 cents (2015: HK1.9 cents) per share, payable on or about 6 July 2017.
