Qingling Motors (01122) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2016 rose 0.3% year-on-year to Rmb481 million.
Basic earnings per share were Rmb0.19.
The revenue was Rmb4,634 million, a decrease of 15.8% from a year earlier, which is mainly caused by the reduction of the sales of Light-duty trucks and pick-up trucks.
The gross profit fell 15.9% year-on-year to Rmb864 million. Gross profit margin of the Group for the year dropped to 18.6% from 18.7% in 2015.
The proposed final dividend is Rmb16 cents (2015: Rmb16 cents) per share, payable on or before 30 June 2017.
