China Southern Airlines (01055) said it agreed to purchase 8 B777-300ER and 30 B737-8 aircraft from Boeing.
The catalogue price of each Boeing B777-300 and B737-8 aircraft is priced about US$317.7 million and US$103.7 million, respectively.
The aircraft will be delivered in stages to China Southern Airlines during the period commencing from 2019 to 2020.
The aircraft will increase the ATKs of the Group by 8.1%, when compared to the ATKs of the Group as at 31 December 2016, without taking into account the adjustment according to market conditions and age of the aircraft fleet.
