China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) said the Board has resolved to declare a special dividend in the amount of HK$668 million, of which HK$481 million and HK$187 million will be distributed to CRH (Pharmaceutical) and Beijing Pharmaceutical Investment in the proportion of 72% and 28%, respectively.
It is expected that such special dividend will be paid to CRH (Pharmaceutical) and Beijing Pharmaceutical Investment by 22 December. It is expected that the remaining 70% of the special dividend in an aggregate amount of HK$1,559 million will be paid to CRH (Pharmaceutical) and Beijing Pharmaceutical Investment in the proportion of 72% and 28%, respectively, by no later than 28 October 2018.
